OWNER RENTALS & SALES
Owners at Kala Point Village have the flexibility to rent, trade, or sell their units independently. All transactions are conducted directly with the respective owners. Our office team is readily available to address any inquiries regarding the resort or specific units available for rent or sale. For RCI or Interval International members, there may be the option to exchange your Kala Point timeshare property for an affiliated one through these organizations. Rentals
Short-term rental agreements at Kala Point Village are conveniently arranged directly with our property owners. To inquire about any available units, kindly reach out to the respective unit owner indicated in the current rental listings.
Our timeshares are typically rented on a weekly basis, starting from check-in after 4pm on Fridays and concluding with checkout by 11am the following Friday. Should you require a shorter stay, feel free to discuss the details with the property owner.
Additionally, please remember that cleaning and pet fees are settled in cash, check, credit, or debit card at the office during the registration process.
Sales
Units are purchased directly from the owners. Please contact the owner directly if you are interested in any of the units listed for sale.
The annually updated schedule shows each unit’s available dates. Owners receive one week per quarter. In addition to the purchase price, owners pay quarterly condo fees, a modest annual property tax, and an annual Kala Point Owners Association fee. Fees vary by unit size and are available from the owner or our office.
Buyers of Kala Point Village homes should check unit's account balance before buying. Unpaid dues to KPVA and KPOA will be buyer's responsibility, as per RCW 64.34.364 (12).
