About Kala Point

Kala Point Village is a timeshare with 38 deeded timeshare units. The buildings were built in the 1980's and have been well maintained by the association.  Owners have access to this wonderful facility and surroundings 4 weeks each year.  Kala Point is located in the Olympic Peninsula's "Sun Belt" where residents enjoy mild winters, comfortable summers and many recreational amenities including 1-1/2 miles of beautiful beach.
